First Sermon
  • We just moved past the season of Hajj
  • The Muslims they do it to get benefits
  • The Prophet SAWS is the most blessed of all creations
  • To seek out the occurence of a blessing
  • Allah will grant them specific blessings
  • They are blessed
  • Allah accepts the Awliya
  • The Prophet SAWS is greater than the Awliya
  • They are not there to worship the graves
  • They are going there to ask Allah by the rank of Prophet SAWS
  • These are reasons for dua to be accepted
  • They cut his hair and nails and they kept it because he is the best of creations
  • Seeking blessings from the hair of the Prophet SAWS
  • He even gave out his nails, he cut them and he gave it to people
  • Because these hands touched the Prophet SAWS
  • They go there to seek blessings
  • This is from the great scholars of Islam
  • To visit the grave of the Prophet SAWS is a Sunnah matter
  • May Allah protect us
  • Umar Ibn Al Kathab put his hands in the grave of the Prophet SAWS
  • Some people say that visiting the grave of the Prophet SAWS is Kufr. This is contradicting the Religion
  • Contradicting something that the Prophet SAWS used to do
  • So that the people of misguidance do not misguide people
  • We won't believe him, due to his ignorance
  • There is no way to protect yourself except by learning
  • We are not people who learn by reading books
  • He can read 100 books but it will not matter because he is not qualified to teach
  • We do not go by 'I think'
  • We confirm, we do not just go off ignorance
  • May Allah grant us the ability to go and visit the gragv of the Prophet SAWS



    • Second Sermon

  • We praise Allah, the One Who does not need time or place
  • We seek His forgiveness
  • May Allah make the blessings rain down on Prophet Muhammad PBUH
  • Prophet Muhammad SAWS is the best of the creation
  • Every Prophet called people to Islam
  • The belief in Allah only
  • He endured many hardships
  • He would speak to them in big groups
  • He told people to believe in Allah and if they did then they will be saved
  • He ordered some of his companions to immigrate to Abysinnia
  • He sent them there so they could call people to Islam
  • Abysinnia is in Northern Africa
  • The Prophet SAWS is the most courageous of the creation
  • He immigrated following the orders of Allah SWT
  • They offered him money so that he could stop calling people to Islam but he refused and remained steadfast
  • They offered him many things to him so that he could stop calling people to Islam, but he refused all and remained steadfast
  • The blasphemers conspired to kill him
  • Allah willed for Prophet Muhammad to be sucessful
  • He did not believe that Ali would be harmed
  • Allah made their eyes unable to see him
  • Ali was in that place and the Prophet SAWS was not there
  • He chose his close friend Abu Bakr to accompany him
  • They did not believe that he was in that cave
  • Allah is not a body composed of parts
  • He continued with his companion
  • The Muslims there welcomed him with great joy
  • The Muslims became strong
  • It is impossible for the Prophet to be attributed with cowardice
  • To be steadfast upon the truth and never leave it



    • Jummah Class

  • We praise and glorify Allah
  • Today we'll talk about the funeral prayer
  • Learning this is a commumal obligation
  • Among the obligations is to wash the deceased Muslim and shroud him
  • If some Muslims do it than the obligation is relieved from everybody else
  • If this dead Muslim was left alone and his body begins to decompose and anybody who knew about it did not do anything then that person would be sinful
  • This applies if he was born alive
  • If he is born dead then he would be washed, shrouded, but not prayed for
  • The battlefield Martyr is not prayed for
  • He would not be prayed for because he is purified by Allah from martyrdom
  • The Muslim who is not a martyr will not be prayed for
  • The Martyr of the battlefield is not washed and he is not prayed for, and he will be buried
  • He is not prayed for because Allah has purified him with His Mercy
  • His body will not decay
  • Hamza was buried in the soil of Uhud
  • A flood came and some of the bodies were exposed
  • His body was the same, how it was
  • This is proof for the truthfulness of the Prophet
  • As for the blasphemer he gets nothing
  • The dead blasphemer his body does not get washed, shrouded, or prayed for
  • It will be sinful to pray for the deceased blasphemer
  • He will not be buried as an honor, he will be buried because of the concealment of the stench of his dead body
  • The body after three days gets a foul stench
  • This smell would be worse than feces
  • The minimum of the funeral prayer is to say "Allahu Akbar" while standing
  • The hole of the grave should be deep as the average man standing with his hands in the air
  • It is not permissible for him to be buried in the same place as another person
  • Except for an excuse
  • It is Haram to bury the body in the same room as another person
