First Sermon-Anas
  • Correct your intentions
  • When we say that this person is a Prophet we are saying that this person is relating a message from Allah
  • We need these Prophets because our sound mind is not enough for the Religious knowledge
  • The sound mind is not enough, this is why Allah sent the Prophets
  • So we are saved from the hellfire in the hereafter
  • Allah does not torture us except after sending us Prophets
  • So that we can know what are the obligations
  • And that we can know what is haaram so that we can avoid them
  • The Prophets and the Messengers, their beliefs are the same
  • Throughout the years there were many Prophets
  • The Prophet who is not a Messenger follows the law of the previous Messenger
  • The Messenger receive new laws
  • In each womb she had a male and a female
  • Because there were no other humans at the time
  • When the number of humans multiplied the rule was abrogated
  • Sheeth AS came with the new law that said that you cannot marry within the same family
  • They are truthful every time, they never lie
  • Any bad attribute is impossible to be attributed to any Prophet
  • When the prophet claims to be a Prophet he will have a miracle
  • The miracle is something that is abnormal
  • This is something that goes against the basic nature of things
  • Fire is hot, it became cool for Prophet Abraham AS
  • They can never reach the point where they make fire cold
  • It happens on the hands of someone who is claiming Prophethood
  • The Awliya never claims to be a Prophet
  • These highly righteous Muslims
  • They're not claiming Prophethood
  • He is not claiming to be a Prophet so it is not considered to be a miracle
  • Another person cannot come and challenge the miracle of the Prophet
  • He pointed to the moon and it split in two
  • This is not something that can happen to anybody
  • The Qur'an cannot be contradicted
  • They could not come up with something like the Qur'an so they fought the Prophet SAWS
  • Something that is abnormal and goes against the basic nature of things
  • It has to be in compliance with what the Prophet is saying
  • It's as if Allah is saying "this man is truthful in what he is saying"
  • None of them can be a contradiction
  • When people do magic that is something that may go against the basic nature of things
  • They took some ropes and they threw it
  • People saw them as snakes
  • It changes the perception of people
  • Those magicians did magic, Prophet Musa PBUH did a miracle
  • The difference is that the Prophet is claiming Prophethood
  • It shows that he is following the Prophet in the correct manner
  • Because he followed him he reached that level



    • Second Sermon

  • I praise Allah, the Exalted
  • I advice myself and all of you to have At-Taqwa
  • And to protect yourselves from sinning
  • To guide them and to show them the path of Paradise
  • They are the best creations of Allah
  • They are the ones with the best manners
  • Allah made the Prophets better than other people
  • A Prophet is a man
  • Hence, every Messenger was a Prophet
  • They give the good news of Paradise to the ones who follow him
  • They all ordered the people to follow Islam
  • Islam is the only accepted religion
  • Any person who dies as a non-Muslim will be among the losers in the hereafter
  • The Religion of all the Prophets were Islam
  • Don't belittle or mock any of the Prophets
  • Cursing or belittling any of the Prophets is Blasphemy



    • Jummah Class

  • We're still learning about the things that we are obligated to avoid
  • We won't know how to avoid them unless we learn what they are
  • The child learns that the fire burns
  • If we're told that this food is harmful then we won't eat it
  • Among them are the sins of the heart
  • To deny the Qadr
  • The health that the person has is by the decree of Allah
  • The Prophet said "To have the proper belief is to believe that everything that happens is by the Will of Allah, good and bad
  • Allah knows about everything before it occurs
  • Allah is not attributed with waiting to see what the person will do
  • This is something that we are attributed with, but Allah is not attributed with that
  • He is the One Who gave us the power to do what we do
  • We cannot exhale except by the will of Allah
  • All of this is given to the person by Allah
  • The person is not able to move his tongue without Allah willing that for him
  • All of that is specified by Allah
  • But Allah does not accept the bad deed of that person
  • Allah specified for that person to be obedient or disobedient
  • If Allah had willed for nobody to disobey Him He would not have created the devil
  • Even though that's the case He made his life long, the devil
  • Even though that's the case He created them, the jinns
  • Allah knew all of that before He created them
  • Allah orders and accepts the obedience
  • This is important to clarify
  • Among the sins of the heart is to get happy at a sin
  • The one that gets happy at a sin then that person is sinning
  • Also, it's a sin to betray, whether a Muslim or non-Muslim
  • It's forbidden to betray a blasphemer
  • It's not among the manners of a Muslim
  • To scheme and plot to hurt the Muslim, this is a sin
  • It is haraam to hate the pious people
  • Generally speaking, it is not permissible for him to hate the pious people
  • This is proof that we are not allowed to hate them, we have to love them
  • To not have the proper etiquette with what Allah ordered
  • If a person belittles something that is honored in the Religion, like prayer or fasting
  • If a person belittles or mocks Paradise, this is Blasphemy
  • Also if they claim that the torture of hell is easy, this is Blasphemy
